All four of our flowers are featured in the picture: American Gold Rush, Sunset Daylily, Midnight Rose Salvia, and Lavender. Four hardy, late-summer bloomers chosen to stay vivid through the season. When a plant fades, we pull it and set in a fresh one, so the bed never looks tired. Four years on a flower farm taught us which ones actually last.

A full ground clean down to the soil, finished with a preventative spray so the weeds stay gone. We start at $75 to keep it worth the trip, and the beds come back crisp and edged.
vacation & summer
Not just for vacations. We'll keep your plants, beds, and pots alive all summer long, or just while you're away. We take careful notes on what gets watered, how often, and how much, then handle it on a schedule. Have other things that need looking after while you're on vacation? Just ask, we're already there.

Inside and out. We finish the outside with an ammonia-free glass spray that clears the white calcium streaks plain water leaves behind, for a genuinely polished, see-through-clean finish.

Clogged gutters quietly rot a roof and can cost tens of thousands down the road. We hand-clean and scoop the gutters, then sweep the roof, scrape off moss and mold, and blow or wash away what's left. Not just cleared, protected.
Have gutter covers? During the evaluation we'll let you know if we can clean around them, and more often than not we can. We can also replace broken guards or add new ones.

Crisp, even cuts on a schedule you set. Add weed-wacking along the edges and beds for a little more, or lock in the all-summer plan and we'll keep it sharp every other week, all season.
